Policies and Procedures
- Scheduling: Once a client has begun private gymnastics lessons it is the responsibility of the parents or client to reschedule with your instructor before your package is completed to ensure that you keep the same day and time. All lessons are 30 minutes long.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your gymnastics lesson, we ask that you call 24 hours before the class. Any no shows will be counted against your package. If a class is cancelled, a class will be added on to the end of the package unless you have made arrangements with your instructor. Please make sure your instructor has your correct phone number.
- Late for appointment: If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, please call as soon as possible. Instructors are not obligated to give a full lesson if the client is late. If the instructor is late, the client will still have a 30-minute lesson.
- Semi-Private: No more than 2 children per ½ hour, if you wish to have more than 2 children, you will be required to schedule and pay for a 1 hour lesson.
- Payment: Full payment is required on all packages on the first day of the scheduled lesson. Payment should be made under the client’s name. At this time, parent or guardian must fill out a registration form.
