Two Indoor Pools!  You want variety? Silverlake “The Family Place” offers the best in entertainment and fitness. Take a leisurely swim or engage in an invigorating water workout in our indoor 50-meter lap pool (set up 25 m for lap swimming during the school year, 50 m long course in the summer starting after Memorial Day weekend.) or our 2,500-square-foot warm-water therapy pool that’s especially suited for arthritis relief and other forms of rehabilitation. The warm water therapy pool meets the guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation and is available for group exercise classes including Arthritis water class taught by Arthritis Foundation certified instructors.

Family Open Swim

 Here is your opportunity to be active as a family during these brisk months. Swim with your kids, play a favorite game, or enjoy as your little one begins to be brave in the water and enjoy any of our entertainment features.

Adult Only Swimming Open to 11:00 am

Lap Swimming

Silverlake Family Recreation Center provides lap swimming during all normal business hours. A minimum of 4 lap lanes will be available for your convenience.

Bumper Boats

Enhance Your Child’s Birthday Party That’s right! Enhance your child’s birthday party by adding Kiddie Bumper Boats to the festivities. Entertaining children between 3 to about 12 years old or 90 pounds, this is a must have experience. This easily maneuvered kiddie boat is extremely stable, is powered by a 12-volt motor connected to a flexible cable system, and runs in our Olympic size indoor pool.
